Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information The Bible Supplement collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. It describes how this website actually operates rather than offering a generic template.

Who we are

The Bible Supplement operates this website at thebiblesupplement.com. We sell a dietary supplement directly to customers in the United States and we run a Ministry Partner Program for churches, nonprofits, and faith-based businesses.

For any privacy question, correction, or request described in this policy, contact us through the contact page.

Information we collect

When you place an order

We collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, and the contents of your order. We need this to take payment, ship the product, and handle returns.

We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into a payment form served by Stripe and are processed by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type.

When you apply to the Partner Program or use a form

We collect the details you enter, which typically include your name, email address, phone number, ministry or organisation name, and anything you write in a message field. Form submissions and chat conversations are routed into our customer relationship management system.

When you simply browse

Our analytics providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

Commenting is disabled across this website. We do not collect comment data.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use the following third parties. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • WooCommerce — the store software that records orders on our website.
  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) — customer relationship management, the on-site chat widget, and partner communications.
  • Google — Google Analytics and Search Console via Site Kit, Google Fonts, and Google’s shopping product feed.
  • StatCounter — website visitor statistics.
  • Hostinger — website hosting and content delivery.
  • Gravatar (Automattic) — profile images, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets cookies for three purposes: keeping your shopping cart and login working, measuring traffic through Google Analytics and StatCounter, and operating the chat widget. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to browse or order; blocking functional cookies may break the cart or checkout.

Marketing email and text messages

If you buy from us, apply to the Partner Program, or ask to hear from us, we may send you email or text messages about your order, your partnership, or our products. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed.

How long we keep information

Order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty or return purposes. Partner Program records are kept for the life of the partnership and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s own retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your information, except where we are required to keep order records;
  • stop sending you marketing messages;
  • provide a copy of the information you gave us.

Send any of these requests through the contact page. We will verify who you are before acting on a request about a specific account or order. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights.

Children

This website and this product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and payment details are handled by Stripe rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made silently.
