Everything below applies to orders placed directly through this website. If you ordered through a participating ministry or partner link, your order was still placed with us and these same terms apply.
Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, The Bible Supplement charges a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order — not per bottle. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there is nothing added afterwards.
- Delivery estimate: 3 to 5 business days within the United States once the order has shipped.
- Order processing: orders are packed and dispatched on business days. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday begin processing the next business day.
- Tracking: we will send tracking details to the email address on the order once it ships. If you have not seen them and the order is more than a few business days old, contact us and we will look it up.
- Address accuracy: please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
30-day returns for unopened bottles
We want you to be comfortable ordering from us. Unopened bottles of The Bible Supplement may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you return instructions and the correct address.
- Returned bottles must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in their original condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm receipt and process the applicable refund.
What we cannot accept back
We cannot accept the return of a bottle once it has been opened or the seal has been broken. This is not a technicality — a supplement that has left our control and been opened cannot be verified as untampered, so it cannot be resold or returned to stock. This is standard practice across the supplement industry.
We also cannot accept returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
If something arrives damaged, wrong, or missing
This is handled separately from the returns policy above, and the 30-day unopened condition does not apply to it. If your order arrives damaged in transit, if you received the wrong item, or if part of your order is missing, contact us and we will put it right.
It helps enormously if you can send a photograph of the packaging and the bottle, along with your order number. Please get in touch as soon as you notice the problem rather than waiting.

- Include your order number and the name used on the order.
- Tell us briefly what you would like to do — return, replacement, or a question about the order.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to send to. Please wait for these before posting anything.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card or account. Once we have inspected a returned item we will confirm receipt by email and process the refund; your bank or card issuer then controls how quickly it appears on your statement.
