Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, we may offer a refund or replacement if:

✅ Your order was incorrect
✅ You never received your package
✅ The product is unopened and returned within the eligible timeframe

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• Packaging photo (if possible)

Once confirmed, we will provide either:

or
✔ A full refund

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resellable condition

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:
